Elta, the global manufacturer and supplier of fans and air movement products, has become a patron of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), reinforcing its dedication to strengthen the quality of the building services industry.

CIBSE is the professional body for building services engineering. It publishes guidance and codes which are internationally recognised as authoritative and sets the criteria for best practice in the profession.

By collaborating with fellow patrons, Elta will strengthen and develop closer links and working relationships globally, and with a network of professional support and expertise will both keep abreast of new ideas and innovations and support CIBSE’s continued professional development programme.

As a patron, Elta’s contribution supports initiatives to improve the building services industry and encourages best practices within many areas related to the industry including health and safety, energy efficiency, product development, environmental quality, work efficiencies and training.

Elta is part of the £85 million Elta Group, a family of businesses with operations in six countries on four continents which, together with a network of international distributors, provides quality fans and related air movement equipment to customers worldwide.
