Elta have reported an excellent response to the launch of their new residential product range. Elta chose Ecobuild as the platform to launch the new range, recognising the important role that ventilation has to play in achieving the healthy, energy efficient and sustainable homes of the future.

The interest from visitors was exceptional, with many taking the opportunity to consider products for actual live projects, as well as sourcing information and discussing the range with a view to future projects.

Particularly popular was the industry leading Mori dMEV unit on show on the stand which has achieved exceptional performance results under independent, third party testing by the BRE. Designed specifically to offer decentralised mechanical extract ventilation, with a stylish front fascia which makes it suited to the most modern of kitchens or wet rooms. Like many of the fans in Elta’s residential range, the Mori dMEV features the unique BLADELET impeller which combines excellent energy efficient performance with the minimum noise levels so important in the domestic environment.

Derek Guy, Elta’s Home Ventilation Consultant was amongst the Elta personnel on the Ecobuild stand. He was joined by Shaun Morris, newly appointed to the position of Regional Business Development Manager – Residential, demonstrating Elta’s commitment to developing a dedicated team for the residential market. Shaun commented – “I’m delighted to join the Elta team and am looking forward to the challenges it will bring. Being involved right from the outset with the launch of the residential range is exciting and from the conversations I had during the show, there is clearly a demand for products which not only provide excellent performance but also recognise the increasing importance of the sustainability agenda.”

Products within the Residential Ventilation range are subject to Elta’s own in-house testing, as well as third party certification testing. To support confidence in the product design and quality, all products carry a three year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) to complement the UK NHBC warranty scheme and the snagging lists of many quality house builders.

Details of the new range, including a downloadable copy of the Residential Product Guide, are available on Elta’s website.

Elta is part of the £90 million Elta Group, a family of businesses with operations in six countries on four continents which, together with a network of international distributors, provides quality fans and related air movement equipment to customers worldwide.
